Alexander Mitchell Jones was born at 7:40am on Monday 6th Feb 2012, at 22 weeks.
He weighed 580 grams & was 30cm long.
He stayed with us for 2.5 hrs and then peacefully left this world.
Labour stopped once Alex was born, and his twin brother Zac is still alive in Mummy’s tummy.
We will miss you forever Alex.
We love you so much and we’ll never forget you.
